Building
a new home?
I've been through a new build from the owner's side. I ran the project on my own family's house, from buying the lot to completion. I saw firsthand where builders cut corners, and where homeowners get stuck not knowing which direction to go, then get left in the dark.
I've been a licensed Michigan builder since 2021, and now I'm building for you. I take on a select, limited number of new homes so each one gets my full attention.
Honestly? I'd love to build one again from the ground up — for a new family this time.

How a build
goes with me
no surprises — that's the whole point
Lot & budget
We walk the lot together and talk real numbers before anything gets drawn.
Plans & price
Plans locked in and a clear, line-item price.
Permits
I pull them and handle the inspections. You don't chase anybody.
The build
You always know where things stand. Call or text me — not an office.
Walkthrough & keys
We walk it together, and anything that isn't right gets fixed.
Need more room,
not a new address?
An addition done right looks like it was always part of the house — rooflines, siding, trim, all of it tied in.
And while the walls are open, it's the cheapest time to run speaker, TV and network wiring. That part's my specialty.

Meet & see if we click
We sit down, walk the project, and see if we even get along. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.
$250–$2,500
Formal quote, real numbers
Depending on the size and scale of the project. Built from plans or a design and checked with my vendors and suppliers.
7–14 days
Your proposal
That's business days to get your formal proposal. Move forward or stop there — either way, the proposal is yours to keep.
Move forward, and the quote fee goes straight toward your project. No money lost.
Why charge for a quote?
Time is money — a real quote takes 8+ hours to put together. You're paying for actual numbers based on plans or a design, not a guess that ends up costing you 15–25% more because nobody ran it by the vendors and suppliers first.
Straight answers
Is this your first new home as the builder?
Yes, and I'd rather tell you up front. I ran my own family's build from the lot purchase to completion, I've been licensed since 2021, and I'm only taking a few homes so yours gets my full attention.
Can you help me find a lot?
I've been through buying a lot myself, so I know what to look for. Bring me the listings you're looking at and we'll walk them together.
Do I need my own house plans?
Bring them if you have them. If you don't, we'll talk through what you need at the first meeting and figure out the right next step.
Where do you build?
Commerce Township and around Oakland County.
Thinking about building?
New homes are huge undertakings, so I take them one at a time. Additions too. Tell me where you're at and I'll call you back within a business day.
